Great Parkland Course with Nice Mountain Views
"Butte Creek is a classic parkland course styled setup. Large trees, flowing creeks, 4 great par 3's compliment this standard 72 par set-up. Smaller-sized greens make for a challenging second/third shot; new bunkering added in fall of 2006 creates great tee shot challenge and terrific shot framing. Greens usually roll at about 9. Staff and Pro are very nice as is the welcoming membership. Clubhouse is well kept and offers a nice pre or post game dining experience. I think you will enjoy Butte Creek no matter your golf experience or playing capability. Anyone going to Chico ought to make it a priority to play a round (or two)."

Membership Information
Founded in 1962, Butte Creek Country Club (BCCC) has long been recognized as one of the finest private clubs in Northern California. In February of 2007, BCCC completed a major course modernization project designed to increase the enjoyment and challenge of players at all levels. The golf course is one of the best layouts in the North Valley. Our relatively flat terrain, coupled with short green to tee distances, promote an enjoyable walking round. Mature oaks, redwoods, ash and sycamores surround each hole creating an attractive and challenging experience and we limit golfing memberships so it's easy to get a tee time when you want it. Four hour rounds (or less) are typical.
Now is a great time to consider joining Butte Creek Country Club, take a few minutes to browse this comprehensive web site, and give the membership director a call at (530) 343-7979.
